NewFraud-proof face attendance
Old biometric machines can be fooled — proxy punches, buddy check-ins, broken sensors. Our attendance system checks four things on every punch, so it can only come from the right person, at the right place, at the right moment.

How it works — every function, explained
The flow is simple: add a medicine once, add its stock in batches, sell on the POS — and every report, alert and profit figure updates itself. Batches are sold first-expiry-first-out, so stock never silently dies on the shelf.
Dashboard
Today's sales, gross profit (after discounts), total stock value, a 7-day sales chart, top-selling medicines — plus live alerts for low stock and near-expiry batches.
Sale (POS)
Search by name or scan a barcode with the phone camera. Per-medicine discount %, plus an overall invoice discount. Cash, card or credit — stock deducts automatically, oldest expiry first.
Prescriptions
Record the doctor's prescription, then dispense with one click — the medicines load straight into the POS cart, and a printable slip is ready for the patient.
Returns
Full or partial return against any past invoice. Returned quantity goes back into its original batch automatically — no manual stock correction needed.
Due Payments
Credit sales are tracked automatically. Collect partial or full payments any time — once cleared, the invoice removes itself from the due list.
Medicine Stock
One master record per medicine, with pack-to-unit pricing. Stock lives in batches — each with its own quantity, expiry, and purchase/sale price — with reorder-level alerts.
Purchase Orders
Entry matches a real distributor invoice: Qty, Bonus units, Rate, Disc %, Tax %, Net — plus an invoice-wide extra discount. Saving the invoice creates the stock batches itself, with bonus units blended into cost.
Expiry Management
Filterable lists of everything expiring in 7 / 15 / 30 / 90 days with the value at risk — and because the POS always sells the oldest batch first, expiry losses shrink on their own.
Transfers & Adjustments
Move stock between branches, or correct it for damage, loss and stock-takes — every movement recorded with who did it, when, and why.
Customers & Suppliers
Customer purchase history and MR numbers on one side; supplier ledgers with every invoice and outstanding balance on the other.
Reports
Sales, profit (net of all discounts), stock value and top medicines — filter by date range and print straight from the browser.
Security & Roles
